    Physically: You’re sleep deprived, you may have digestive issues, headaches or sudden body aches that you didn’t have before.
    Mentally: You’re stressed out and anxious. A lot of times your thoughts are self-critical and self-defeating.
    Emotionally: You’re feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Your emotions are raw. You’re quick to lash out or numb out. You feel stuck and trapped.
    Spiritually: You don’t have the time, self-care, or energy to listen to your own soul’s calling.

You’ve been reading the right books, talking to a few loyal friends about what’s going on with you, You’re working out and trying to eat healthy. And still, it’s not working. And you’re telling yourself, “What’s wrong with me? I’m smart. “Why can’t I move on?”
